Full refund
Given when all three apply:
- Items unopened and unused, in re-sellable condition
- Within thirty (30) days of purchase
- Accompanied by a receipt
Store credit
Given for:
- Items without a receipt
- Items purchased with a gift card or store credit
Returnable if spoiled before expiration
- Refrigerated goods
- Frozen goods
- Bread
Not accepted for return
- Produce
- Special orders
- Bulk
- Refrigerated supplements & oils
- Alcoholic beverages
- Marked-down items
Placerville Food Co-op reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time, for any reason.
